At Plants Planet, quality is our top priority. We follow strict quality control and assurance processes to ensure you receive only healthy, thriving plants. Photos of the actual plants can be provided upon request for your peace of mind.

If the plant you ordered is not in the healthiest condition, we will contact you immediately and offer you the option of a refund or a replacement. If we don’t hear back from you within 5 business days, we will proceed with a full refund to ensure you’re not left waiting.
