• If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours. Be sure to include your order number and clearly state that you’d like to cancel. Once the cancellation is confirmed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• Orders can only be canceled before they are packed for shipping. Unfortunately, once your items are prepared or in transit, we’re unable to cancel the order.
