For these rare instances, we offer a 7-Day Quality Guarantee to all our customers. This guarantee applies to all plants and products for up to 7 days after reception.
The Quality Guarantee Covers the Following Issues:
- Damaged package at arrival
- Root rot (Cuttings and bare-root plants are not included)
- Numerous broken or missing leaves
- Incorrect/Missing plants or products
- Pest infestation

❌ What the Quality Guarantee Does Not Cover
While we want every customer to be satisfied, our Quality Guarantee does not apply to the following:
- Naturally dry or wilted bottom leaves
- Potting soil or debris on leaves from shipping
- Variations in color or shape compared to product photos
- Assorted items that may differ slightly from the example images
- Damage resulting from extreme neglect or failure to follow provided care instructions
- Incorrect purchases made due to customer error.
